  • During high-volume periods or for handmade items, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Damages

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
