Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds & Store Credit:

  • We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • Store credit will be provided once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are processed as a return for store credit. You may then use the credit to place a new order.
